Per-GB Overage
Existing option — all current subscribers remain on this by default

Overage charges apply per GB consumed beyond your monthly allowance, until data resets on the 1st of each month.

Opt Out — Speed Limited
Once your allowance is consumed, you receive free unlimited data at 1 Mbps down / 0.5 Mbps up for the remainder of the month.

Data tops up automatically in recurring 25 GB or 250 GB blocks through end of month and billed accordingly. Block size can be adjusted at any time — simply contact us.

Same as per-GB opt-out: free unlimited data at 1 Mbps / 0.5 Mbps for the rest of the month. Unused data does not roll over.

Contact Global Satellite
Reach out to our team to view and manage your current overage option, opt in or out, and select your preferred top-up block size.

Choose your overage model
Select Per-GB or Top-Up. Once chosen, your selection is locked for the remainder of the current month and resets on the 1st.

Adjust top-up size anytime (Top-Up subscribers)
If on the top-up plan, you can switch between 25 GB and 250 GB increments at any time during the month. Just contact us and we will process the change for you.

Plan Changes
Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately. Charges are prorated based on a 30-day month.

Mid-Month Activation
Cost and data allowance (including TAC fee) are prorated. Activating later in the month reduces both cost and available data for that month.

Mid-Month Cancellation
Service costs are not prorated if you cancel or suspend mid-month. The full month is charged.
