How annual billing works
The 600 MB and 1000 MB plans are annual plans with a 12-month term commitment, billed once a year in advance.
- The Annual Recurring Charge (ARC) is charged in full at activation. Prepayment of the ARC is required.
- Your first month is prorated from the activation date to the first regular bill cycle. Renewal is charged on the bill cycle closest to, and before, your anniversary date.
- Data overage and voice usage are invoiced after use, on a postpaid basis.
- Unused data does not roll over at renewal.
- Annual plans have no suspend option. No credit or refund is given if the line is deactivated before the 12-month term ends.

How Iridium GO! exec plans work
The Iridium GO! exec turns the Iridium network into a personal Wi-Fi hotspot. Your plan includes voice minutes and an IP data allowance that you use from your laptop, tablet or smartphone through the Iridium GO! exec apps.
Choose a metered plan from 25 MB to 250 MB, the Unlimited data plan, or an annual plan billed once a year. Fees are billed in advance, and overages are invoiced based on usage.

Is there an unlimited data plan for the Iridium GO! exec?
Yes. The GO! exec Unlimited plan at $291.85 per month includes unlimited IP data, unlimited chat apps and 50 minutes of voice. It has no data overage charge.
What happens if I use more than my allowance?
Data beyond your allowance is billed per MB: $6.70 on the 25 MB plan, $5.74 on 50 MB, $4.78 on 125 MB and $3.83 on 250 MB. Voice calls beyond your minutes cost $1.12 per minute to phones and Iridium, $0.92 to voicemail and $21.02 to other satellite networks.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A service deposit equal to three months of service is due at activation. It is refunded when service ends, after deducting any open balance. After 6 months of service without payment incidents, the deposit is used to offset charges.
How do annual plans work?
The 600 MB and 1000 MB plans are annual plans with a 12-month term. The annual charge is prepaid at activation, the first month is prorated, and unused data does not roll over. There is no suspend option, and no refund if the line is deactivated before the end of the term.
Can I suspend my Iridium GO! exec service?
On monthly plans, suspension or deactivation costs $30.00 and reactivation after suspension costs $30.00. Annual plans cannot be suspended.
Which Iridium GO! exec plan is right for me?
For light email and weather use, start with 25 MB or 50 MB. If data is your main need, the Unlimited plan removes data overage. If you also make many calls, the 125 MB and 250 MB plans include 125 and 250 voice minutes.
