iridium go exec plans
* GOexec-600LM and 1000LM Annual Plans. The Annual Recuring Charge (“ARC”) on the GOexec-600LM and GOexec-1000LM annual plans is charged for the first time at plan activation and thereafter the annual renewal ARC is charged on the bill cycle closest to and prior to the anniversary date. The first month is prorated as of the date of activation for the days prior to the first regular bill cycle date following the initial activation.
– For Example: If VAR is on bill cycle 13 and a subscriber account was activated on 20 January 2023, the renewal date will be 13 January 2024. In this scenario the initial ARC will be pro-rated to take into account the seven (7) days of shortfall. The renewal period would be full one (1) year from 13 January 2024 to 13 January 2025 and a full ARC would be applied.
-Prepayment in full of the ARC is required at the time of activation while all data Overage Charges, and Telephony/Voice usage charges will be invoiced and paid on a post-paid basis.
-The GOexec-600LM and GOexec-1000LM plans are an annual plan. There is no suspend option and no credit or refund will be provided if a GOexec-600LM or a GOexec-1000LM ISU is deactivated prior to satisfaction of the twelve (12) month Term Commitment.
No unused amount of the IP Data Bundle will be carried forward or rollover if an ISU renews on either the GOexec-600LM or the GOexec-1000LM plan (i.e., “use or lose”). The GOexec-600LM and GOexec-1000LM plan may NOT be advertised as a high data bundle monthly plan. Advertising the GOexec-600LM or GOexec-1000LM plan as a monthly plan may result in access to the GOexec-600LM and GOexec-1000LM plans being removed in SPNet/IWS.
