Inmarsat C is a two-way, store-and-forward satellite data service on the Inmarsat network. It sends and receives short messages and data from compact, low-power terminals on ships, fishing vessels and remote installations.
It is a core service of the Global Maritime Distress and Safety System (GMDSS): vessels use it to send distress alerts and to receive maritime safety information through SafetyNET. It also supports fleet broadcasts, messaging and position reporting.

Send your request in writing to support@globalsatellite.us. Termination becomes effective 30 days after your next billing date, and charges during the notice period remain due, as set out in our Airtime Service Agreement.
