AIRTIME SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Airtime Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs all airtime services provided by Global
Satellite Group (“GSG”, “we”, “us”, “our”) to the customer (“Client”). By submitting an order and
ticking the acceptance box, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all
the terms below.

  1. Service Activation
    1.1. Services are activated only after receiving a complete order and all required information.
    1.2. Activation timelines may vary depending on the satellite network.
  2. Airtime Rates & Billing
    2.1. Global Satellite Group reserves the right to adjust airtime rates at any time without prior notice.
    2.2. Billing is monthly, unless stated otherwise in the service plan.
    2.3. Usage charges are billed according to the network provider’s records.
    2.4. All invoices must be paid by the due date.
  3. Termination of Services
    3.1. Termination must be submitted in writing to support@globalsatellite.us.
    3.2. Termination becomes effective 30 days after the next billing date.
    3.3. All charges during the notice period remain the Client’s responsibility.
    3.4. Outstanding payments for leased or financed equipment must be completed before
    termination.
  4. Upgrades, Downgrades & Plan Changes
    4.1. All requests must be submitted in writing to support@globalsatellite.us.
    4.2. Changes may take up to 7 business days.
    4.3. Some networks apply changes only from the next billing cycle.
    4.4. GSG is not responsible for provider delays.
  5. Suspension of Services
    5.1. GSG may suspend service without notice if:
  • Payments are overdue,
  • Fraudulent usage is detected,
  • Documentation is missing,
  • Network providers enforce suspension.
    5.2. Suspension does not remove billing obligations.
  1. Fair Use & Responsibility
    6.1. The Client is responsible for monitoring usage.
    6.2. GSG is not responsible for high usage due to misconfiguration or unauthorized access.
    6.3. The Client must protect device credentials and SIM cards.
  2. Service Availability
    7.1. Services depend on satellite coverage, weather, vessel motion, and third-party performance.
    7.2. GSG does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  3. Liability
    8.1. GSG is not liable for revenue loss, business interruption, equipment damage, or issues caused
    by network providers.
    8.2. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous month.
  4. Equipment Ownership
    9.1. Purchased equipment belongs to the Client.
    9.2. Leased equipment remains GSG property until fully paid.
  5. Support
    10.1. Support requests must be sent to support@globalsatellite.us.
    10.2. Response times vary.
    10.3. Emergency support may incur additional fees.
  6. Governing Law
    11.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable in the USA headquarters jurisdiction.
  7. Acceptance
    By placing an order and ticking the box, the Client confirms acceptance of this Agreement.
