• Does the IsatPhone Pro still work?

  Yes, the IsatPhone Pro still works. However, there are a few important things to note:

  As of October 1, 2019, the IsatPhone Pro, along with all its components and accessories, is no longer available for sale by Inmarsat.
  Inmarsat has discontinued any further customer support, firmware upgrades, or warranty and repairs for the IsatPhone Pro.
  Existing IsatPhone Pro handsets and accessories will continue to function with its SIM and Inmarsat subscription.
  The latest firmware version for the IsatPhone Pro is 5.17.2. It’s recommended to upgrade to this version if you’re using firmware 5.3.0 or higher. If you haven’t upgraded to version 5.3.0 or higher, this upgrade to 5.17.2 is considered to be ‘mandatory’ to avoid the phone becoming non-operational.
