 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Was going on vacation to Asia and went to check my Inmarsat Pro 2 phone and discovered both batteries were dead!  I called Global Satellite and they had new batteries in inventory.

I sent the complete phone accessories to them in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and the phone was checked  over thoroughly!

After, they completed a software update, tested my old batteries and replaced them.  I have 2 batteries as one is a backup.

I had prepaid a return label and the phone arrived back to me in perfect condition.

Outstanding service and employee Gustavo was very professional and kept me fully informed on my diagnosis etc.

Great service and communication!

When the technician showed up on time ,i almost had a heart attack.(This does not happen in Dade county)He diagnosed the problem correctly and very efficiently.He ordered the parts and came back the next day (on time)and installed them.It was truly the most hassle free experience i had in a long time.I can highly recommend this company!
